WhatsApp-এ কোথায় charge লাগে
WhatsApp (Meta) কিছু message-এর জন্য charge নেয়। এই টাকা সরাসরি Meta নেয়, fCommerce Hero-এর plan-এর মধ্যে নয়।

System কী করে
- Charge হবে এমন কিছু পাঠানোর আগে warning দেখায় ও আনুমানিক খরচ বলে
- মাসের free ১,০০০ শেষ হলে জানিয়ে দেয়
- Marketing template শুধু opt-in করা customer-দের পাঠায়, opt-out সাথে সাথে মানে
Messenger-ই আমাদের main broadcast channel, কারণ ২৪ ঘণ্টার window-এর মধ্যে Messenger message-এ Meta charge নেই।
